Description
Cattabriga Psk Pro is the pasteurizer for producing ice cream mixtures that combines Cattabriga’s high technology with great ease of use. Thanks to the dual heating system, it is particularly effective in terms of energy efficiency.
The new emulsifier ensures perfect homogeneity of the mixture and is easy to disassemble and clean. It is perfectly integrated with the floating-whisk system to optimize pasteurization times and effectively handle even the most complex mixtures.
The agitation speed automatically varies based on the amount of mixture introduced, which is measured by the floating sensor present in the tub; both minimum and maximum loads are managed with the same effectiveness, ensuring the best possible heat exchange and preventing foam formation.
The new faucet configuration allows for easy extraction of the mixture. It is completely disassemblable and easy to clean, even when the tub is full.
ECO Mode
This mode allows for reduced consumption by optimizing the energy efficiency of the pasteurization process. With a slight increase in cycle duration, PSK Pro enables energy savings of up to 30%*.
