Description

Coldelite VariO Icona is the combined ice cream machine born on the 30th anniversary of our iconic Compacta. Thanks to its intuitive LCD Touchscreen display and the smart interface designed by our Gelato Chefs, it simplifies and enhances the machine’s usage operations.

The Icona system allows you to switch between operations, manage recipes, preferences, and alerts with just a few “taps” on the screen.

Save your recipes

With VariO Icona, you can save your recipes in a revolutionary way: create the steps to follow and customize the alerts on the screen for a work experience simpler than ever.

Control the extraction

Set the number of ice cream tubs you want to extract, and VariO Icona will adjust the speed to facilitate the replacement operations and will alert you with audible signals.

Insulated Hatch

The patented hatch combines the ease of use of front loading with an innovative insulation system that optimizes the churning times.

Dialog

VariO Icona is equipped with the Dialog system, which allows for constant monitoring of the machine and its production cycles. Through the M2M Dialog app, it is also possible to download manuals and videos, activate the warranty extension, and get in touch with customer service.

As with the entire Compacta range, the upper part of the machine is dedicated to pasteurizing the ice cream mixtures, while the lower part is dedicated to cooling and churning the product. The Vario System with double inverter allows for dosing the refrigeration power while simultaneously adjusting the speed of the agitator inside the cylinder according to the type and amount of mixture introduced; this patented system also reduces electricity and water consumption compared to machines of previous generations.
