Description
The Flow Pump has many practical uses in a semi-industrial gelato factory. It can be used to:
- Transfer milk to the pasteuriser;
- Transfer finished mix from the pasteuriser to the ageing tank;
- Transfer finished mix from the pasteuriser to the continuous freezer;
- Transfer heated mix from the pasteuriser to the homogeniser;
- Pump cleaning solution at high volume to the continuous freezer.
