Description
Vision is the ideal solution for producing and selling gelato with a continuous show.
It produces gelato, sorbet, yogurt, and granita, enabling the creation of gelato shops, kiosks, and gelato corners in minimal spaces.
The continuous churning system allows for the maintenance of the optimal consistency of the product directly in the cylinder. The models are multiples of the basic machine with one tank, providing a complete and independent machine for each flavor.
It is possible to refill the tank with fresh mixture, adding ingredients such as fruit, chocolate, and toppings during the churning process.
* Self-pasteurizing (HT): the overnight pasteurization cycle ensures hygiene safety for up to 42 days. Pasteurization maintains the optimal structure of the product for a longer period.
