Description

Cubo 2 is the new dynamic countertop ice cream machine.

It allows for processing a mixture of ice cream or sorbet through a combined cooling and agitation process, until reaching the semi-solid consistency of churned ice cream; the continuous churning system maintains this structure for an indefinite time, directly in the cylinder. It is also possible to refill the tub with fresh mixture.

As the product is served, it is possible to add liquid mixture into the cylinder and reactivate the churning process to restore the ice cream’s consistency in less than 60% of the time it took for the initial churning. The machine will then automatically return to preservation mode.

The night preservation program, which can be set via a timer, automatically interrupts any churning and/or maintenance modes, keeping the temperature of the tub as if it were a refrigerator. This way, the mixture is preserved at a positive temperature overnight, without any risk from a hygiene and health perspective.

Cubo 2i, thanks to the inverter on the agitator motor, allows for speed adjustment. It is ideal for producing special recipes such as Sicilian granita and cold coffee creams.
