301 ICONA HT is the high-productivity single-flavor countertop machine for soft gelato and frozen yogurt.
The electronic system ensures a perfect product structure, thanks to the constant control of consistency. The patented peristaltic pump guarantees volume increase, high production, and easy maintenance, facilitating the processing of particularly dense and challenging mixtures, even with the addition of small pieces such as seeds and granules.
With the Bag-in-Box system, it is possible to connect the pump directly to the mixture bag.
Furthermore, the 301 ICONA HT is equipped with the HT system, which allows performing a heating cycle that preserves the properties of the mixture.
The BIB series also joins the Icona range thanks to the touch screen mounted on the new 301 Icona HT
