Description
Coldelite Compacta VariO is the combined machine for Gelato making that allows the entire production cycle of artisanal Gelato to be completed with a single machine. The upper part houses the boiling cylinder for pasteurizing the mixtures, while the lower part contains the horizontal cylinder of the batch freezer.
The Vario system varies the speed and regulates the refrigeration power depending on the type and quantity of the mixture introduced, optimizing production times and reducing electricity and water consumption by up to 30% compared to previous generation batch freezers.
Additionally, the two-speed extraction, selectable from the 8 available and always manually adjustable by the user, allows for easy extraction of the gelato and the execution of variegation.
Compacta VariO elite – in the top-of-the-line configuration – is equipped with the chef boiler door, featuring a swivel piston for intuitive lateral extraction of the mixture. The patented batch freezer door combines the ease of front loading with an innovative insulation system that optimizes freezing times.
